Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume drops or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–15 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Graveyard Shifts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced once shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
