Refund policy

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We want you to be satisfied with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items not returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition

  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Final Notes

Due to the nature of limited drops and made-to-order products, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues. Please refer to our size chart before placing an order.
